3 For Me

3forMe Postcards
The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is working with health care providers in the city to remind parents when their teens are due for "the three teen" vaccines. 3forMe is education for parents of preteens and teens about the three vaccines adolescents need during their teen years: HPV, Meningococcal, and Tdap vaccines. Vaccines are best when given on time. The Health Department is mailing these postcards to parents as a reminder to get "the three teen" vaccines on time.
